Remove Programs at Start Menu

1) Go to Run, type regedit

2) On regedit go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

3) On regedit go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

4) Make New Dword named “NoStartMenuMorePrograms” both

5) Exit your registry, you may need to restart or log out of Windows for the change to take effect
